Have a 2nd interview!

So I have a 2nd interview for a social work position I really want for next Thursday. I had the 1st interview like 2 weeks ago. I thought it was weird though because they are having me meet the Executive Director and I met her already on the 1st interview. I have been on many 2nd interviews and it's usually to meet with a different person, higher up, etc. Anyway- what do you think? At the first interview they said they were going to be makind a 'decision' by the middle of this week. I'm excited and all - I guess just confused at the process lol. Thoughts?

maybe they want to offer you the position? but want to clarify a few things first

It's possible there are a couple very stong candidates (you being one of them - yay!) and they want to bring them in one more time. Best of luck to you!!
