Help - Need b'day gift idea for hubby!!!

I am soooo stuck on idea for my DH's birthday!!!

He has every piece of technology. Last year I bought him a set of golf clubs. I was going to get him a set of lessons, but he travels for work, so I couldn't plan it without him. I was going to get him a nice leather briefcase/messenger bag, but then I'm like 'that's work related - i want him to have something for fun!'

Any creative gift ideas?? I've done sports tickets in the past (he's a yankee fan), but I just wish I could have something to give him now (his b'day's coming up soon!!)
