Help! What should I wear?

I'm going into the city with Dh and some friends on Saturday. we are doing a bunch of different things - all of which I need to look nice for.

My problem is that we are going to a club at the end of the day. I hate wearing flats to clubs - but I dont want to walk around in heels all day!

I need an outfit that will look nice in all the different parts of the day!

I figured skinny jeans, boots and a cute shirt with a sweater over it?

Wear flat and bring heels in your bag. Also wear layers so if it's hot in the club you can take off the top layer and be comfortable.

I wouldn't want to wear a sweater since you might be stuck with it on at the club. I would wear the heaviest coat you have so you can check it at the club. Do you have any flats that you could squeeze into your coat pocket when you go to the club? Then I would bring heels with me and change. I would wear skinny jeans, a cute tank/shirt, and flats, then change into heels at the club.

ITA about the sweater. Also, not sure if you've seen them but Duane Reade/Rite Aid sells 'fast flats' that come with a little clutch you can fold them into. I'm not sure how sturdy/comfy they are, but my co-worker loves hers.

i was going to suggest this. dr. scholls sells these foldable flats at DR or rite aid.

Thanks ladies! The plans changed so we are just going to a bar so I think I'll just wear a pair of low heels. If I have time I will see if I can find the fast flats - that sounds great!
