How Long.... NW Board??

How Long.... NW Board??

Its so sad to see the NW board is slowing down to a mere crawl.

I guess its a transition as the 2010 brides move on to LIF ... (or are now responsible married ladies and have to actually work while at work!

)

... and the 2011 brides still have their board to hang out on (though many come and play here too!

)

But it prompts me to think.... technically NW is 'a recently married person'... so how long do we stay here on the NW board?

(Too bad there isn't a 'Still feel like a NW' board for those of us who don't want to jump full into LIF!!)

I've hopped over to LIF a little but haven't posted a whole lot. Just recently started getting into it more since this board is kinda dead.

I don't know if I have a timeline on when I'll be done with this board...it'll probably just fade out for me.

I go through phases- some weeks I post on LIF more, some on here more.

I've never been on LIF...for the time being, I don't really have much interest.

I've been a little MIA on here lately but not because my interest is floundering but mostly because I've been pretty busy and not hunkered down to my laptop!

I say we hang out here indefinitely!

IDK- I think I will be here till my 1 year anniversary or so.
Then probably at the end of the year go back to the '10 board for the final countdown to the archives (hopefully others will come back to that also)

As much as I love the '11 girls- I am really missing the '10 girls

LIW and the '10 girls have been such a big part of my life for so long I am so sad that we are still not together

I think it's more fun over here.

and is it just me, or does anyone else find almost every topic in the FHF board doesn't necessarily help you? Maybe I just don't understand what that board is really about.

Not just you! I find it's a board of mish-mosh... and then people get ticked when a thread is pulled and put on another board... I just don't get it..

yeah, i saw someone post a while ago asking if they new of great places to take a family on vacation, that had specific ages....but someone replies 'go to the travel board'

OMG this drives me nuts!!! And there are some girls who get kicks out of reporting your thread to be moved. Seriously, who cares??? I spend my time on the TTC board. The girls are all so friendly and supportive. There is rarely drama there

yeah, I glance at the TTC board just to see how everyone's doing and I'm mostly on the pregnancy board and everyone's really nice there.

yeah, I agree the girls on that board are all so nice to everyone. That, and the relationship boards are the only one I'll post on. FHF scares the crap out of me LOL
