I'm an Aunt and a vendor rave!

So BIL and SIL had their baby last week.

She is 9lbs, 20 inches and has a head full of black hair...

Since DH and I won't be able to go down to DC until the weekend after Easter with all of our gifts I wanted to send something in the meantime... I went to this site http://imagethreads.com/ and ordered a blanket and had her name and date of birth monogrammed in pink. It got there in less than 3 days and BIL & SIL love it.

Yes... I'm trying to be excited. I'm trying to focus on the kid and not that BIL is a complete tool. I figure someday this kid is going to try running away and I want to be the cool aunt that she comes to.
