I'm pathetic.
So our condo has been on the market for oh I odnt know...3 days and I am already anxious. I hate not knowing what is going to happen!Ladies who have sold property before, how long do you wait before you get nervous? lol I mean obviously, 3 days is ridiculous. I am always anxious. Agh. Sorry.

Re: I'm pathetic.
My co-op took 2 1/2 months to have an accepted offer.I listed it in Feb, had an accepted offer in March, he was supposed to sign the contract and then didn't in May, so in May I relisted it and had an accepted offer again in July. It was 10k less than the one before but at that point we had closed on the house and I needed it out of my life.
Its stressful. Hang in there!!!!!!!!!!

Re: I'm pathetic.
Well, the problem may also be that you're getting anxious about getting anxious which is like doing a double whammy on yourself. You sound like me!! I am not great with any kind of anticipation anxiety. I don't know how people who are waiting to get voted off a reality show or waiting for a loved one who is missing, cope!!Anyway, maybe you are putting too much weight on what it means to sell the condo? Excited to move into a new place? Money? From what the other girl before me wrote, it sounds like a process that takes some time. Give yourself a break. You'll most likely get desensitized with the apprehension after a few weeks. I can see from your subject line you have a sense of humor too. A self deprecating one but never the less, find the humor in it all!
Good luck

Re: I'm pathetic.
It is such a roller coaster...we are still trying to sell my place almost 6 months-we've had a few great showings...got 2 offers that were way too low.....then finally reached a deal and tried to go to contract-and the buyer couldn't get approved for a loan
So my advice-take it in stride, always be hopeful, but DO NOT drive yourself nuts over it. I was literally making myself sick over anxiety.
At this point I'm just like whatever happens, happens.....but knowing that it will eventually happen.
Email me/text/FM me if you ever need advice!

We're paying for 2 properties for almost a year now....its such a pain...ugh...
Miss you too!!!!!!!!!!! We need a newlywed G2G!
You'll have bump pics soon-the hair is just back to blonde highlights-so its back to a similar color to my wedding. I couldn't take being brunette anymore. Once a blonde its tough to do anything else for very long-you always revert back.
