It's helps so much when...

A client is actually APPRECIATIVE of what you're doing for them instead of arguing and questioning what happened.

This guy, a deli owner, has always been a doll to speak with, always very respectful and understanding.

He's having some issues with the billing for his workers' comp policy, so I called the company and asked some questions, blah blah blah. I did some leg work. That's part of my job.

He was SOO appreciative, thanking me over and over for what i'm doing for him.

I feel like if more clients were like him that didn't ARGUE with me constantly, that I might like my job more.








Nahhh, prob not!

But still, it's a nice change of pace to have someone NOT yell at the other end of the receiver.

yes it is! how funny you wrote that just as i was getting my azz handed to my on a plate by my sweet little 80 yo client.
