Last song of the night?
I did a search and came up with nothing. So we've finally figured out entrance songs but can't decide on the last song of the night. We want to steer clear of
Last Dance Diana Ross
New York, New York
We Are Family
These are the Days 10,000 maniacs
Not that they are bad songs in any way, they just have meanings from different experiences. We want something that would our own.
Thank you!

Re: Last song of the night?
I did Last Dance ( I actually love that at the end of the event...love cheesy songs like that) and then went into Summer Winds (Sinatra). The bar we met at use to always play that song at the end of every night..so we had to end with that to. It was really cute on the video.

Re: Last song of the night?
As much as I stayed away from the typical songs all night, I had to go with New York, New York as our last song. Mostly because DH family was coming from Indiana and had never been to NY and was so excitied about coming to NY during the holiday season. So it was really a great ending for us. The DJ dedicated it to all the New Yorkers and to all the out-of-towners who were able to travel to NY to celebrate our wedding.

We used Ray Charles' 'America the Beautiful', but only because my weddin was 26 days post 9-11.
It was very touching...
Ironically, it was also the same day we sent troops into Afghanistan, which explains why George W. and Laura declined my invite.
