UGGG!! I have been trying to work out for the past 3 months. I got a gym membership because I noticed that I had put on a few pounds and my clothes weren't fitting well.
Well, I have been going 4-5 times a week for the last 3 months and if anything my clothes are getting worse!!!!!
I can't take it I am so upset.
Everyone keeps telling me that my body might be changing but that is just NOT OK WITH ME!
Hope that works out better for all of you!

LOL I am watching DH watch terrible movies that have been on TV 40 times this week!!!!

This week alone (and it's only Wednesday) DH has watched American Psycho 5 times, Caddy Shack 2 about 10 times and Roger Rabbit around 3.

AND IT'S NOT LIKE WE DON'T HAVE DVDs ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!

im not fat but ive put on a few pounds since the wedding my clothes are starting not to fit! really just pants but i cant stop eating!

DH is going to AC with his buddies, so I am taking that opportunity to do some shopping. A new shop opened in Bridgehamptom that my mom really wants to go to so I am tagging along.
Sunday some friends and I going to do girl stuff!

My goal is to work out 4 days a week...so far I've done one and can't work out tomorrow...that leaves Fri, Sat, Sun! At the rate I've been eating, working out is a must!

ur very right.....ive been doing well eating wise except for that taco that pegalega just gave me....but workwise i stink lack motivation big time!

Once I get into the swing of working out again, I start to love it. But getting started is the hard part!

I go to xsport in the Roosevelt field mall...anyone else go there...I need some motivation to get up and go! Today I didn't go b/c it was raining (I don't know what my excuse was for the rest of the day)

I know what would happen....I have the bruises to prove it LOL j/k...Thats why DH has his own room with his tv and his video games that I don't go into :) I get to watch my tv shows and he does it in his 'speak easy' LOL

So far we've been pretty good about sharing the TV. When we moved we got rid of the one in our bedroom, so we really have to negotiate time with it! Thank goodness for TiVo!

I go to the powerhouse by my gym... I think I am going to have to take a trip to the trainer and have him help me fix myself. I have no idea what I am doing.
