Have you heard from Jeff yet? I am really starting to get pissed!!! In March he told me that in 3 weeks I will get my proof album via e-mail and my video will be ready. Its now June and nothing.

O we're beyond p*ssed! We went in February to order everything. He told me everything would be ready in like 2-4 months. Well last month I called and it turns out everything will be ready in 5-6 months, probably closer to 6 months, making it August. The best part is that I called Jeff and his assistant called me back and then sent me to the video department and I spoke to them, I never even got Jeff and they both told me that Jeff was wrong by telling me his timeframes.

NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke to him also the beginning of May and he told me that 'he was taking care of the album himself and he wants it to be perfect'

He then said I would definitely have it when I get back from vacation. Still nothing. If I dont see anything in my e-mail by the end of this weekend I will be calling and giving him hell. I think I have been very patient with them and I think they are mistaking my patience and niceness for weakness. They are about to see the real me!!

I never spoke up about how unhappy I was with everything so they don't know how p*ssed off I am. I'm going to call at the end of this month before I go away only because they won't be able to reach me for 2 weeks and I just know that everything will be ready while I'm on vacation!
