Looking at houses online depress me.
Especially in other states.I found the perfect house - one level (I am a big fan of one level houses, I hate stairs), large backyard with an above ground pool, shed, eat in kitchen with a separate dining room, big enough kitchen that looks like I can actually have counter space for things, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (I'd like a 1/2 on top of that, but I'm not greedy) and a finished basement.
$139,900, and from the pictures, all I'd have to do is some serious painting. Of course, I wouldn't know if it's perfect until I saw in person for there's flaws in everything, but the pictures are making me go 'OH MY GOD, PERFECT LITTLE HOUSE FOR ME!'. It really is nice, property looks well kept and the house is a nice white with black shutters.
Low taxes too, in Strongsville, OH.
I could cry!
This is the house I'm talking about

What a cute house! The one thing I would think about though is why are there so many houses for sale in that small area?
I know you are not planning on buying right now but I would look into that.

I am really not sure why there are so many for sale. My BIL & SIL live there, and have been for 2 years. I asked her last night if this place was close by and she said it was a few blocks away. SIL says her neighbors rave about the school district. We're thinking about North Roylaton and Independence, OH too, what ever is close to Parma Heights, where DH would be for work, but we were told by a good handful of people it's not an ideal place to live.
We plan to get a 2 bedroom apartment in that area if DH gets this job so I'm not jumping into anything yet.
