Looking for jewelry 'clips' that I can clip on dress shoes

The outfit that i wanted to buy for my friend's wedding (the one with the poncho) only came in a petite size. I still got it just to see if it would be OK but no, too short. Besides, once I got the outfit I thought that for the kind of material it was (rayon) Nordstrom was charging way to much. I returned it. I found a great dress in Macy's for less money. It is silk and black velvet 'burnout' and works out great since I have velvet heels. However the heels need a little something - I was thinking since brooches are in this winter maybe I could find something like two small pins or even clip on earrings or similar to clip on the shoes (like at the top) but I don't know where to find anything like that.

Any recommendations? I'm thinking something sparkly and silver.
