Sickie over here will probably have some soup...or a frozen dinner.

Probably save the frozen dinner for actual dinner since my husband won't be here

i'm having leftover Passover food:
-- some delicious rice with nuts and fruit (sounds weird but it's amazing)
-- 'breaded' chicken breast (with matzah meal, not bread crumbs)
-- eggplant
-- asparagus

mmmm sooo yummy
