Marriage Certificate

Its going to be 3 weeks that we are married and i still haven't received it...is this normal...who should i call. i received the one from church but thats it...what do i do im getting nervous that its lost or something

i got mine from the church not the state...i need the state one so i can legally change my name and stuff

i never got one separately from the church and New York State.

Got our about 3 weeks after our wedding but depends on how backed up the countys are to get them recorded.

really...i thought we got 2 seperate ones...my job wont take the church one to put dh on my insurance..its alil annoying idk what to do now

We got ours while we were on the HM (about 1.5 weeks after the wedding). It came from the Town of North Hempstead, where we got the license.

I am on the same boat as you. It has been about 3 weeks. I received my church marriage certificate the day of the wedding. I thought I was panicking on how long the state comes in. My co worker said she got hers in exactly 1 month. Ughh I want to change crap already.

I just spoke to my priest and we should have already gotten it. So tomorrow I am calling them to see if they mailed it yet...unreal!

We got ours while we were on our HM. You should have gotten it by now. Ours was mailed to DH's moms house though, so maybe they could have mailed it to one of your parents houses?
