Marriage Certificate Update

Hi Ladies! Im New over here

How long did it take for you to receive your Marriage Certificate after your wedding?

I know some of the girls who got married the same day as we did got theirs already, and Im curious if maybe ours got lost in the mail.

I have to submit it to my husbands job for insurance.

***UPDATE***

So I called the Town Clerk, and they had no record of it. So I called the church.. Apparently the Priest never gave it to the rectory to mail! He had it this whole time!

They said they would Mail it out today. The Town Clerk told me they usually process it within 1-2 business days of receipt and mail it right out.

Ours was waiting for us after the honeymoon - so about 2 weeks I think.

We have the same anniversary! We didnt get ours! We just got back tuesday!

How soon after the ceremony did it get sent in? Our officiant sent it 2 days after I think.

Im not sure, I guess I can call the church and ask tomorrow. I would assume they dont wait... but who knows

Min cam within. Few days but I didn't mail it in, I hand delivered it.i would call and check the status of it :) can't hurt! And congrats!!!
