More positive house vibes please!!! *Update*

Today, we put in an offer on a house!!!

The scary part - there's another offer on the table, so there is a very real possibility that we could lose out to another buyer, so I'm asking for the power of the LIW prayers that we hear some good news!!!

Whatever is meant to be will be, but we're definitely excited! TIA!!!




Update - Our offer was not accepted Sadly, there really wasn't much we could do. Our offer matched the other in price, and we were both equally flexible in terms of when we would be able to close on the home, but the other buyer was able to put down close to 50%! (whereas, DH and I can barely put down 20%)... so I guess this one wasn't meant to be.

Oh well, we are registered as the official backup in case anything falls through with the buyer or the deal, but we will keep on keepin' on and find the home that's meant for us
