Mortgage Question
Can anyone recommend a bank or mortgage lender?DH has a pretty low credit score and we were just denied PMI. (We have less than 20% to put down). It's so frustrating because we were preapproved for the mortgage, but not the PMI.
TIA

Re: Mortgage Question
With less than 20% and low credit score you can go with an FHA mortgage. My FHA mortgage is through CitiBank.

This is what we are doing. You only have to put a minimum of 3.5% down for FHA
