My Thursday Morning

DH took my car to Uncle Guiseppes at 7am to get pork shoulders to put on the smoker (we are making pulled pork for our nieces Christening party on Saturday).

While he was out, he stopped and got me breakfast so I could go one day without eating hot or cold cereal.

ANYWHO, I get to work, throw the brown paper bag in the microwave with my egg white, turkey and swiss on a whole wheat everything bagel in it for 30 seconds to make sure it is warm.

I didn't know the bagel was wrapped in foil.

P.S. After I put the fire out, I still ate the wet egg whites.... Girlfriend was hungry!!

My point exactly!! I guess Egg sandwiches get wrapped in foil?? I don't know... The brown paper bag went up in flames so fast (maybe 5 seconds)... I put it out before anyone caught who started the fire... LOLOL The entire cafe area of our job STINKS!

The meat is amazing!! Not too pircey... They pulled a fresh pig out and cut the two shoulders off for DH and they cost all together $31 (cheaper than stop n shop and 100% better.) I would NOT grocery shop there $$$, but to get steaks or burgers, etc... it is sooo worth it

I'd have done the same thing - who thinks a bagel is wrapped in foil?!?

Btw - I adore Uncle Guiseppe's.. I'm in there like twice a week... Their meats, the prepared foods.. the cheeses.. . YUM!!
