my unity candle

I just got a phone call from a friend who took my unity candle and my candle sticks and my baskets from the church on my wedding. She left my unity candle in her car in the summer heat and the candles all melted. I am not upset with her I am mad at myself for not keeping something that sentimental with me and letting someone take it home. Its something that I cant replace. She said they melted to the side in which they were laying. I am hoping that I can have them repaired but I dont think that is possible.

Re: my unity candle

Maybe you can contact the seller and they can make a replica? I know it's not the same, but still.

Re: my unity candle

depending on how its melted, maybe you can store them in one of those shadow boxes? ya know...put the melt part against the shadow box? that way you still get the sentimental value without having to actually 'display' it in 360'

Re: my unity candle

what if you get the candle the way it is and have it melted down and make a new candle out of it! that way you still have your original candle

I agree. Who leaves a candle in the car in the summer?

I would try and contact the seller also and have another one made. That's probably what I would do.
