Need help selecting tropical vacation location!!
My husband and I want to go away to a tropical location to relax, just the 2 of us, and get away from the craziness of work, buying a house and all that fun stuff! The only thing is we cannot decided when and where to go! We want the beach and fun things to do and we want to avoid going somewhere during spring break. I am asking for your help since many of you took honeymoons in tropical locations. We want to stay somewhere closer to home (we honeymooned in Tahiti and Bora Bora so we don't want to get on another loooong flight so soon) and need your opinions. We were thinking about Aruba, Bermuda, Costa Rica or anywhere else you can suggest! And please let us know if you recommend any hotels. We aren't looking to take a second honeymoon but just a nice week away (maybe around May). Thanks you so much for all your advice!!

Re: Need help selecting tropical vacation location!!
Just came back from our HM at Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort in Aruba - I would highly recommend it. VERY relaxing, no kids at the hotel, beautiful beach, very romantic, and a short cab ride from the action of the high rise hotel area in Aruba. FM me if you'd like more info.

DR isn't that far and we loved it for our minimoon. May won't be spring break so you'll be safe, but in case you want it kid free, just look for adults only all inclusives. We stood at the Excellence Punta Cana all inclusive...it was awesome! Food was delish with 9 different restaurants to hit up (our fav was the Asian fusion).Good luck and happy vacation!!
