House insurance?
Electric?
Heat?
Cable/Phone/Internet?
Property Taxes?

What else....?

For me, the pmi and taxes are included in my monthly mortgage payment. Then my other bills are, gas electric, cable, cell, car ins

in most cases, the isnaurance, taxes and mortgage payment are all rolled in..then you have regular expenses you prob have now, electric, gas, phone, tv, cable...and water, heat...

Mortgage? our mortgage including taxes is $2575
Mortgage insurance? i dunno what this is but i don't think we have it
House insurance? approx $1200 a year
Electric? approx. $100 a month in summer, less in winter
Heat? ours is gas ... approx. $125 in winter, less in summer
Cable/Phone/Internet? $190

other things that have nothing to do with the house but that you should consider when pricing out are cell phone, car insurance, credit card bills and any other monthly expense like loan repayments, etc. you should also account for any repairs or money you may have to put out at any time for things that go wrong (which they do)
