Now that the wedding is over

Did you spent more, less or about what you planned to spend?

I'm just finishing up everything on my excel budget sheet so I know basically know exactly what was spent.

we spent WAY more than our original budget. but we knew that we were going to pretty early in the process. so once we came to those terms, i would say we were right aroudn the new budget, maybe a little bit more

of course, i havent really added anything either tho. so it could be alot more...i just dont want to think about that, lol

SAme here. They really do add up! I got deals on almost everything too but we had a big guestlist.

Definitely spent more, but I expected that to happen. I always end up spending more than what I plan to, lol.

was a little bit over what i thought... total cost was $35k... i was expecting more like $30...

We went over like crazy!! I planned for about $25-$30. We spent over $40!!! That is why we live in a really small 1 bedroom and won't be able to buy for years!!!

We didnt have an ironclad budget that we started with but we had a range in mind and we definitely went over that by about $9,000.

I had a budget wedding so I only spent exactly what I wanted. I was realistic. If I couldn't afford it or DIY it myself, I didn't get it. I didn't get wrapped up in all that. Looking back I wish I'd had more $ to spend, but the bottom line was that I wasn't going into debt for it and it was everything I'd ever imagined for my budget.

Pretty much what we expected to -maybe- a little more than we thought. Those tips to the vendors at the end really get you!

I spent right about what I budget for....I cant believe DH and I paid for a wedding in 5 months..dont ask how LOL...worth the sacrifice, too bad it was over so soon..
