What are your new years plans? Do you normally go out or prefer to stay in? Wow- crazy it's going to be 2012!

We usually spend New Years with our families....but this year we are going to the CITY and party just me and him and we cant wait!

usually we do low key stuff with the families - nothing too fancy

last year we went out at like 10pm but we couldnt find parking until 11:50pm so it wasn't much of a party

We always spend new years with all of DH's cousins and their SOs. We all bring an appitizer or dessert, and a bottle of alcohol, and get shitayyyyy! Can't wait because 2 of the 5 couples got married this year (), and 2 of them got engaged!

Our union throws a HUGE New Years party every other year...this year is the year so since it's walking distance to ur apartment we're doing that. We'll do dinner with the ILs like every other year and then head over back to the apartment and get our drink on from 9PM-2AM. Balloons drop at midnight, open bar, Coyote Ugly bartenders, DJ, and my family...CANNOT WAIT!!!!

ILs keep trying to get us to invite them but DH just keeps ignoring it LOL!

Our first new years together we stayed in. We had just gotten our first puppy and it was nice, we got drunk and drew on each other's faces with eyeliner

The other ones have been a mix of things, house party one year, city another.

I refuse to do any clubs in nyc for new years eve anymore. So friggin crowded and y ou can't get drinks.

DOn't have plans this year...I don't really feel like going into the city again. It's madness

We normally hang with friends but not at a club. Two years in a row we were near Times Sq and saw the ball drop from buildings above TS. Last year we went to Best man's house and it was a great time. BM is having a party again this year so we'll be there!

New Years Eve is my Dad's birthday so the last few years, DH and I have gone out to their house to be with them, and its been great. We're not really ones to go out on NYE.

We usually like to go out but the past few years we haven't because of the cost and saving for the wedding.

This year we will probably be going to Crest Hollow, we are trying to get some other couples to go with us but if not we always have a blast just the two of us.

My mom use to have a huge party every year at her house and everyone wuld go there bother friends and family....

but the last two years she hasnt ahd it so right now im going out to dinner with my best friend then coming home and watching the ball drop with my son and hubby

we usually spend it with his family since its really important to them for us to be there. Honestly, my family treats it more as a 'friends' holiday so it's a little to me.

This year though he will be working (he's finally nypd!!) and I'll be with his family.

NYE is usually at IL's house - there is a bunch of us, and this year, more than usual so it'll be a fun time!

NYD we usually spend it with my family and it'll be pretty low key.

We're not really ones to go out on NYE...
