This is it girls.... I hope you all have a fabulous New Year!!!!! WE did it!!!!!! This time last year the anxiety and stress was at its highest im sure-- and this year some of us wish we could do it all over again!!!!

How did you meet your hubby? and did you know right away he was the one!!

Joey and i met online..... i wasnt really looking for a relationship it was the summer i was 20 and just wanted to live my life with my friends and then i FELL IN LOVE!!!!!!!!! i was the girl who said shed never get married.... and here i am married to my best friend!!

I can't believe its the end of the year already! This time last year I was so excited to be able to say that in just a few months I would be someone's wife!

DH & I also met online through match. We were both looking but I had brushed him off a few times already on match. He was persistent and won me over.

I met My hubby online =-) We were both watching a Soccer Game from El Salvador.. He lived in NJ and I live in NY.... Our relationship started base on Soccer.. lol... We became soccer e-friends...
then it grew to exchanging emails address... phone numbers...
Til on Thanksgiving on 2008 we spoke for the first time over the phone to wish each other Happy Thanksgiving day...
In 12/28/2008 we met finally in NYC on the Empire State Building... .& Yes... When I hug him for the first time.. I fetl something weird ALL over my body... Not weird bad.. but weird new and excited!.... I knew it was soemthing i had NEVER felt before.... When we kiss the SAME day on the SEX MUSEUM (LOL i know) We knew we were meant to be... a Kiss and a Hug... and I knew... .

We met through mutual friends. One of my sorority sisters dated his best friend all through college. Apparently we met when we were in college at my friends 21st bday party and hated each other then lol. But then we re-met during Harborfest in upstate NY when we were 26 and really hit it off. He was actually dating someone else at the time, but shortly after he broke it off with her to be with me. Oh, and he lived in NC and I lived in Oregon, so it was so super crazy that it ever made it this far, but 4 months after we met, he moved to Oregon for me

I told my mom the weekend after I met him that I was going to marry him. She thought I was nuts. I SHOWED YOU MOM!

I met DH also online through match. I knew as soon as we met there was something special between us! ON our second date he told me he was falling in love with me(which totally freaked me out lol) 6 months later we decided we wanted to get married, although we waited 3 years to get engaged and here we are six years after our first date married!!!

DH and I met in 7th grade i did not know he was the one AT ALL. i dated every single one of his friends in high school before him even the best man!

we were best friends all throughout middle school and high school. had long relationships with other people, first times with other people, etc. he even dated my sister for a short time

it took us until 6 months after high school ended to realize that we were supposed to be together

I met Dh online as well. We were both in our last month of subscription and not going to re-new. We had a connection from the beginning we would have conversations for 8-10 hrs straight on the computer, texting, and on the phone.

We both knew a few weeks into the relationship that we were meant to be together. Even though our families thought we were crazy. Our five year annivarsary is on January 12th.

I met Johan at work. I started working at a law firm where he was already working when I graduated college. I was actually dating someone else. Johan and I became friends and he used to always tease me about my microwavable lunches and my suits...lol. As days passed and turned into months, my ex and I grew apart and J and I got closer. He left me a postit at my desk that said to call him and that night I did and we talked for hrs...my ex and I broke up and Johan and I started dating.

7 years ago I went to meet two of my friends for happy hour at a local bar. I came straight from work and I almost turned around and went home but decided to just go in and say hi. Well we hung out for a while and DH walked through the door and I looked at my friend and said 'I'm totally going to make out with that boy tonight' (my nickname is MTK Melissa the Kissa- lol) so when he finished eating I approached him and we wound up chatting til 2 am. He walked me to my car opened my door for me and gave me a HUG goodbye....I was baffled! It took him a week to finally call me but I had already knew this guy was a keeper. We will be dating 7 years on January 6!

Ricky and I met at work. It was my first day of a new job, and the second I saw him, I knew I was going to marry him. I even said to a friend of mine who I went to ouch wih that day that I found my husband lol. We started talking, and found out that his friend works at one of my favorite bars that I used to go to all the time. I'm pretty sure we ran into each other a ton of times before, but never really noticed. After a few weeks of talking and texting, I ran I to him at that bar and we've been attached at the hip ever since

I met DH on St. Patrick's Day in 2004. I was still with my ex and he came to my friends birthday dinner with his ex. I didn't talk to him at all that night but I do remember getting a weird feeling about him. He was so short and adorable.

Then a few months later I broke up with my ex and had to move in with my friend in Freeport. I was really upset one day and not paying attention to parking when I slammed into her parked car. I took the car to DH's brother to get it fixed. I didn't know either of them but my friend brought me to his house and I remember DH was home and we sat in his living room waiting for his brother. After that we all started hanging out. I was the fifth wheel as he had a GF and my friend was dating his friend. Well, fast forward to February 2005, we had a drunken night and I became the 'other woman'. (I know, I know) Well that last until April when she broke up with him for cheating on her.....which was kinda funny cause she thought he was cheating on her with someone else.....but hey, it is what it is.

Neither of us were ready for a relationship so we continued to 'hang out' casually. Little by little we spent more and more time together until December when he finally introduced me to his work friends as his girlfriend! haha! It wasn't until the following March that we said 'I love you'

We joke that we had a one night stand that never ended!!! haha!

I rushed a sorority in college & my older brother (who also attended the same college) became a founding member of a new fraternity on campus. So I started hanging out with his brothers. I took one on the fraternity brothers on as a 'Little Brother' and ended up getting a 'Grand Little Brother' as well (who is now DH). And so began our story.

Seeing as we were 'greek family' DH & I hung out often throughout college. Unknown to me, DH was already head over heels in love with me from the very beginning of our friendship.

Fast forward to 2006 - DH moves back to New York, I gradute from college and begin working in FL. During the time DH was in NY, we would chat on a semi-regular basis online. In October of 2007, I decided I needed a vacation & come to visit DH in NY, for which DH is a nervous wreck the whole time I am visiting. I come home to FL, and realize that over the past 4 years my love for DH has grown beyond that of a friend and a greek 'grand big'. I once again take a trip to visit DH in May of 2008, where the sparks fly, and he finally gets the courage to ask me to be his girlfriend.

I moved up to NY in April 2009, got engaged on Sept 11, 2010 and got married Sept 25, 2011

Technically DH and I met in High School, I thought he was cute and he thought i was stuck up so we never really hung out.

Fast Foward 6 years we remet at a bar, i was a frequent there on mondays and he went on sundays, i happen to go on a sunday with my family who was up from florida...a couple hours later he bought me a shot and we started talking...i met him there every sunday for a month before we exchanged numbers, i technically had another boyfriend at the time...shortly after i left my ex and we have been together ever since

there was just something about him that i didnt want anyone else
