do you spit or swallow........................

when you use mouth wash?

i swallowed a bit of listerine once and it wasnt so bad. i did swallow that teeth whitening crap and holy shiit did it burn my throat. after that happened i never used it again.

I was going to repond without reading the whole thing!!

I try to spit as much as I can out....and if that doesn't work I gargle with water to get it all out.

It sounds strange but I think I am acquiring some OCD issues as I get older.

I don't use mouthwash so I can't answer this question...

BUT if we're talking about something ELSE...I always swallow. I don't want it in my mouth long enough to figure out where to spit it
