ive been in bed all day(still am) tryin to fight getting sick cause i got a long day tomorrow. which made me think of todays question. ********when youre sick how does dh take care of you? mine is the best!!!!! he gets me whatever i need to feel better. he knows i like to be left alone to sleep but every few hours he comes into the bed room to check up on me & lay next to me. he can be so sweet.

Shaun is awesome too... he always asks if i need anything... and like you he will leave me alone for the most part

DH is not the nurturing type. I was home sick on Wednesday with a throat infection and he called me from work. I thought he was gonna ask how I was feeling, if I needed anything, but no, he asked if I minded straightening up the place because his friends were coming over. I blame the Irish in him!!

DH completely babies me when I'm sick. Growing up I always had to take care of myself whenever I was sick (stay home by myself, make myself soup, etc. etc.) but DH does everything. Makes me food, tucks me in, brings me tissues, buys me food, gets the TV all set up. He totally spoils me! But then again, I take care of him the same way when he's sick too.

I was just sick on Thursday..and DH def. babies me. He refused to let me cook dinner (unless he just wanted take out lol)...went and picked it up AnD got me meds for my headache. He really takes care of me.

And I know this isnt 'sick' but when I'm PMSing he knows and brings me home chocolate (and totally gets rewarded for it when AF isnt in town anymore lol)

My DH will park his butt out on the couch instead of in bed and avoids me so he doesnt get it....HAHA

DH is awesome when it comes to taking care of me when I'm sick, and I'm a PITA when I'm sick

he's pretty good about getting me whatever i need, making sure i stay hydrated, etc.

DH definitely takes good care of me. Sometimes he even babies me a little too much and I get frustrated because it's like he'll try to force me to stay in bed and I'll be like 'I just wanna go to the bathroom' or something lol. When we moved in together 2 years ago, I got sick with the flu just a few months after we moved in and he was constantly calling my mom to give her updates on my fever and asking her for advice, and running to the store for more medicine and soup.. It was so cute how worried he got lol.

DH doesn't know what to do when I'm sick, he is totally lost and almost freaks out, he doesn't know how to take care of me and just hopes that I get better so things can go back to normal

DH stays clear of me until I ask for something or need something. I am super cranky and dont want to be bothered touched rubbed cuddled when im sick. when i need something i just say his name and he is there with whatever i need

DH totally babies me when I'm sick. He'll make me chicken soup or get me medicine. He's really good, but I'm the type that likes to be left alone when I'm sick, so it can get a little annoying

DH is the best with me. He goes out and buys me OJ and medicine. He gives me massages and lets me watch whatever I want on TV. I'm really cranky when I'm sick, I don't know how he puts up w/ me.

AWWW Dh is salways super cute. He not only gets me anything i need. He always cooks for me takes my temperature & lays with me to rub my back.
