photo helpp...

I can't take the place I got my photo from... I went five mths ago and gave everything for photo and video and still got nuttin yet from them
Everytime I call they give me another excuse and tell me deff next week but still nuttin...now I got my dad involved and I knw he will haass them, he told me he is goin to call them today and say he wants half money bak until we get everything and then give them the money back.. When I went the video guy said 6 to 8 weeks and it been 5 mths and about mth ago I called and said I dnt have anything but at least give me my enlargements bc they r only enlargements
Even my parent album should hjave been done they were only 24 pic one on page..

How long did it take u girls to get ur stuff from the time u went to them??

You still don't even have proofs and it's been 5 months?! I'd be flipping!! Though I'm not really sure what you can do. I'd go down there and speak to someone though.

Wait, you don't have proofs or you don't have albums?

If you don't have albums, can you threaten to cancel your order?

If you don't have proofs--I don't know, maybe legal action at this point?

I thought 2 months was bad!

if u r waiting on proofs then i would call bbb and threaten legal action..

if u r talking ur albim..that could take longer..ours took bout 6 months to get after we placed order and video was 4 months

I don't post anymore but i lurk every once in awhile and i happen to come across your post and HAD to respond.

We have the same photographer and let me tell you it has not been easy dealing with them. I still don't have my album and i gave them everything in February. They did say it took 5-6 months but that would have put me in August and they keep giving me excuses. Finally, this week he calls me to say its ready.

And lets not talk about the video - i wanted like 7 months for that. And when i called he kept saying that i would have it next week next week.... that place is full of excuses.

I know i probably should of just FM'ed you but i am so fed up with them that i thought i would just post my frustration since someone else is in my boat.

Hopefully you will be getting your album soon. But i do agree with your frustrations and tired of their excuses.

My dad spoke to leo and he said fri I should have the album proff online fri.. Video ready tues which my dad said fine ill come pick up and enlargements next fri...let see if any of these happens...

And to everyone else..I did get my proof my wedding was last june..I am talking about I brought my proof in to make the albums and such like 5 mths ago and I still didn't get a online proof of albums and video was only suppose to take 2mths and now it 5mths and they giving me excuse after excuse

I hope in your case that they keep to their word - and you do get your stuff by the deadline they gave you - but from experience i wouldn't hold your breathe. Those dates will come and go and they will just come up with another excuse. I waited for my video for 7 months and then it all blew up in their face that he was lying the whole time - HE HADN'T EVEN STARTED EDITING IT UNTIL THE 7 MONTH ROLLED AROUND BUT KEPT TELLING ME I WOULD HAVE IT NEXT WEEK - IT WAS LOOKING AMAZING (that is their favorite line btw)!!!.

You have been waiting 5 months for your mock up album to go online???? I thought you meant for your final album. That is one long time..

I am just happy to be done with them and never have to deal with them again.
