Please recommend a good beginner's yoga or pilates dvd?
I am interested in buying yoga and or pilates dvd's that you find easy to follow and gives the most benefits. I am really trying to improve my flexibility as I am on my weight loss journey. I bought a couple from target and the yoga one I bought was just wasted money cause I could barely follow it, they used a brick or something, and the pilates one was better but still now what I was looking for.I want something that really doesn't need a brick...I have the bands and the balls but thats about it.
Thank you so much!!!!

Yeah its 8.99 a month and on top of the yoga/piltes videos they also have kickboxing, dance, and regular movies so its worth it. Sometimes they mail like a friends and family trial thing....where you can get like a free month, but I don't have any right now.

I got the ana caban one for the beginners pilates and it was kinda short but not too bad. the yoga by the same company was not good at all.

I never thought to use Netflix for that...I'm definitely going to check this out myself now, thanks!

dont' know which one you have, but jillian is 99% of my collection. still love rodney yee's stuff. sorry.
i find them to be good for supplements but nothing compares to pilates/yoga in a studio. also just be careful you don't hurt yourself because i've seen lots of injuries from at-home practice. make sure you have at least one mirror to watch your form.
