.. i look and feel preggers. (im not)

i understand that trader joes stuff has A LOT of sodium but i feel like i have a baby alien growing in my lower abdomen. do u think its because i mainly eat trader joes stuff? do u think theres something in their products thats making my have a tire around my waist???

i really dont want to start shopping at waldbaums again but before i give it a try, i want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing as me??

i drink a lot more water than i used to.

2 glasses a day on average.. and now i drink probably 10? so im peeing more.

i need answers

im RIPPED 4-pack. but #'s 5 and 6 is seriously disgusting.. 4 months pregg at least

no idea about TJ stuff, but I do know abt bloatness a bit
are u pooping enough? could be from that
check the contents on the back is it really high on sodium more than same product from another store?

Are you eating packaged foods from there? If you were just buying produce and regular stuff, then I don't think the store would make the difference. But if it's packaged foods, then you may be reacting, yea.
