pro pics from duet

i feel like i waited forever to get these pictures!! now that i have them there are so many that i really love but they don't seem as clear as i thought they would be.

can the duet ladies tell me what size were the files you got from them?

yea I noticed that they weren't as large as I thought they would be too. When I zoomd in they seemed a little fuzzy. I have to check and see what size and resolution they are when I get home.

my CD that I received intiially was not high resolution photos like we contracted for. the files were all like 80kb (which is a small file). the files should be more like 5 mb call them up, tell them that you contracted for high resolution files and you want new cds made with ALL of your photos so you can print them on your own.

i complained to them about this about a week after i picked mine up and they made me new cds, but it took like 2 additional weeks for them to do this

thank you! i just called them and they acted like that was totally normal. if i hadn't tried to upload them to vistaprint i would have never noticed.

but they are making me new discs

yeah when i called them it was no big deal to fix - i guess if u dont ask for it you dont get it oh well

i wonder what i have and if i have the small files, will they even give me the bigger ones at this point if it was in my contract. silly me

i would contact them - i would hate for too much time to go by and then you can't get the hi res images
