Ok..
So I need to lose my HONEYMOON Weight!! Stills there! yup those 7pounds i gain lol!!!

SOO PUSH ME SO I CAN START DOING EXERCISEEEEEE =-)



I need someone to PUSH ME For some reason i cant start alone... lol.....
Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee


I wanna start to look first my HM Weight

it's gonna be hard since holidays are coming up! And it's hard when you live with hubby since you want to snuggle rather than work out. BUT, if you put your mind to it and get support from luis, you can do it! you've done it before!

drink tons and tons of water. Cut down on portion sizes. For example, if you go out to eat, have half of it wrapped up to go. You can have a salad with dressing on the side to supplement that.

It's also way easier when you don't keep junk in the house. We never did before but since I'm pregnant DH keeps eating my snacks and he's putting on weight sympathy pounds

go to the gym! you'll just feel overall better about yourself when you go! also do it for health reasons we ain't getting any younger! just keep going and make it a regular part of your routine!

It funny you say to not keep junk in the house. I cleaned out all 'junk' food from my fridge, cabinets etc. Then like three days later I was cursing myself for not having anything lol. But at least I didnt eat it. If it was there I so would have!
