QOTD Sept 1!

Good morning lovelies! I can't believe it is Sepetmber! And college football is starting this weekend! Yay!

Ok. Today's question comes from my closet....I recently purchased 4 more pairs of shoes on crazy sale (4 pairs for $80! Total!)

Which came to DH asking me how many pairs of shoes I have.

I have 5 large canvas bins of shoes, plus a box of boots under my bed....so I think I have about 85 pairs of shoes. And I wear all of them!

So my question...do you have a shoe problem and how many pairs of shoes do you own?

I probably have about 50 pairs of shoes! I love shoes. FH doesn't seem to have a problem with it yet but we havent even married two weeks yet so we'll see.

i had a serious shoe problem pre wedding. now that we're married, i need to start saving $!

when i was cleaning my room to move out, i donated 4 large bags of shoes - i def had close to 100. Now maybe i'm down to 50? i really want more though but i find that i don't wear my shoes that often b/c i have a lot of high heels and my feet can't handle them anymore

I think in total between boots, high heels, regular everyday shoes and sneakers - it's probably something like 25ish?

Edit: He still thinks I have soooo many shoes

But I had to buy the new heels, because my newly discovered Spin class leg muscles looked awesome in them

I have about 40 pair of shoes. Dh thinks that insane, and I think I need more.

I need to save $$$$$$$$ so no more shopping for me.

No shoe problem but a flip flop problem! I have to have and no lie about 100 pairs of flip flops- all different colors and styles. Whenever I see a different pair I pick them up. It doesnt matter if I am in CVS, Payless, JC Penny-- I get them. I have a real problem.

Same here!! I'm not a huge fan of shoes but I love my flip flops in all colors. I also love my uggs!

yes this is my problem too! I literally have only 3 pairs of actual shoes, 2 pairs of sneakers and about 130 pairs of flip flops lol

OMG I LOVE the pointy beige pair. I found them on the clearance rack at Lord and Taylor last week! They are 9 West and they are super comfy. I paid $19 for them!

The first 3 pairs are from L&T clearance rack. The chunky ones are adorable with texture tights. S the two beige pairs and the black patent

The black suede wedges are from DSW

this is a question near and dear to my heart.
i have always had a major shoe problem. like MAJOR. before DH and i got married and i was packing my shoes up, i would sneak them over to our new place and he didn't really see how many shoes i have. When i had to bring my second batch - the winter shoes - over, he freaked saying i needed to get rid of some of them
I counted the other day, i have 100 summer shoes (heels, flip flops, flats, wedges you name it)
and i have 120 winter shoes (flats, boots sneakers)

so i guess thats 220 shoes total
and that was the number i had AFTER i donated some after i finished cleaning up.
and every time i see a really cut pair, i want to buy them

Yes! I donated about 30-35 pairs before I moved, too! Yikes!

In Black, I couldn't resist.

I also have a pending shoe order from Beyond the rack (2 pairs) and I had a bad day last week and ordered my first pair of LAMB shoes and received them on Monday (LOVE btw).

I have over 100 pairs right now, including boots, but I'm looking to get rid of a few pairs. I probably have about 10-15 pairs that I don't wear and don't plan on wearing.

So yes, I have a shoe problem, but I'm ok with it.

They are organized by shoe type and season

This does not include my boot bin...probably about 10 pairs of boots, including snow boots and hiking boots

Me and DH have 3 large drawers of socks that we keep adding to because most of the old ones are mismatched. We really need to just throw them all out and start over!

they actually sell mismatched socks on porpose - and i buy them i think they are so cute! i actually don't have any regular socks, like plain black ones. maybe like 2 pairs but the rest are all fun and colorful with prints on them or cartoon characters
