quick question - crashing

for those of you that gave your hall a lower count on the day off, were you able to just pay for the extra people that came the day of?

i have 10 people who are probably going to flake on me and i dont want to tell the hall abou them until the day of

yes - CHCC lets you pay for anyone above your minimum the day of the affair. they also said they will send you a check in the mail for any no-shows (above the minimum)
