Realtor in Massapequa area??

My husband and I have been going to Open Houses every weekend and have seen over 75 houses. We really need a realtor to help us find our dream home in the Massapequa/Bethpage area. Does anyone have someone they could recommend? Preferably someone who's very honest and willing to negotiate for us.
