Since once again i get no answere on a post in LIF

(except for Kris)

I will post here.

My niece is making her confirmation in 2 weeks. They arent having a big party. We are just going out to eat afterwards with the family. I dont know what to get her. I really didnt want to give money- I would rather a gift. She has a cross that I gave her for communion. What else can I get her?
Ideas?

Maybe get her tickets to see a show on Broadway .. Lion King or Beauty and the Beast (if thats still running was awesome!) .. then you can spend some quality time with her!

The tickets are a really good idea. I have to ask my brother about that. I know she has gone to alot of broadway shows.

I was going to suggest this- maybe a charm bracelet with a cross charm or a really nice set of rosary beads.

ooohh...i like this idea!!!! we got our nieces charm bracelets from things remembered w their initials engraves as their flower girl gift. they love them. and it gives us reasons to get new charms for special occasions.

i got my god daughter a pretty bracelet from macys that had all these words of encouragement on it.

with a good coupon you can totally find something under 100 dollars.

i do like the ticket idea and charm bracelet idea!

I like the jewelery idea...at least they have something to hold onto and say 'My aunt got me this when...'

There's always the new charm bracelets...like Pandora or Brighton. I got my mom a Brighton charm bracelet as a thank you for our wedding and added my birthstone charm and my DH's birthstone....tomorrow is her birthday and she's getting her birthstone and my stepdad's birthstone. She said, once we have kids, she wants to add theirs to the bracelet too!!!
