Special Mother of Son poem?

Somewhere months ago I saw an awesome post with really nice text for suggested 'thank you for bringing your son into this world and answering my prayers' type of card.

I just made a collage for my MIL for Christmas and I would love to include something really special to make her 'thank you' different thank those I gave to the rest of the family.

Does anyone know the thread I am talking about? Or have any suggestions?

I found this one. Maybe you can change the words a bit to make it work.
