They must be crazy

My entire family (except my parents & brother) live in Israel. Most of them came to NY for my wedding last month, but my grandmother is just too old for that flight.

So DH and I were going to try to head over there in April or May.

In order to make it into a vacation rather than a chore, i was going to do 3 days in Israel, and 5-ish days in Europe someplace. So i checked out one-way flights to Israel and they cost $1500...!!!

ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR ONE WAY?!?! are they insane?!

what's more insane is that a round-trip flight costs $1200

INSANITY!
