Trash the Dress Questions
Planning on doing one in the fall. I will not trash my dress either (don't have the heart to do it)What about makeup and hair? Am I going to get charged $$$ to get my makeup done again? I think I might do it myself and have my mom do my hair.
Basically we are going to just take another set of nice pics but in a different setting. My photog is from Queens I think, so, Are there nice places that DON'T charge a fee for photos in the Nassau/ Queens area?
I was even thinking about Central Park, do they charge for photos? i would like to go somewhere, where there will be a lot of nice photo ops with nice fall leaves.

Re: Trash the Dress Questions
I've heard people get hassled in Central Park before. A permit is supposedly required for professional photos but I don't think it's strongly enforced. If you say this is your photographer friend, I think you'd get away with it. You can also look into Forest Park and Prospect Park. For the shoot, my sister did my hair. But for make-up, I did get it professionally done. DH thought this was ridiculous but it made ALL the difference. You could just go to Sephora and pay the $50 to get it done. HTH!

Your makeup looks great in the TTD, did you go to Sephora or did Sandra do it? Arek suggested Forest Park which would be a lot closer to us Suffolk-Folk than Central Park.

Thank you! Actually, Sandra wasn't available for my TTD shoot, so Stacy Doolan of About Face Artistry did my make-up. And she did an AWESOME job. I know she's a BIG fan of Lovemore Photo and has worked with Arek before. Forest Park is really beautiful, and it's huge so you have tons of places to go! My sister went to Sephora to the MAC counter for her make-up for her prom and it looked amazing though. And it was only $50!

Our photog did a TTD shoot in CP before our Epics in CP. The leaves look amazing and the greenery was perfect.
