UPDATE: Patken thank yous & Album Proofs

Hi girls!

I've been pretty pleased with Patken thus far but just picked up my thank yous today and was really disappointed. They are just plain photos folded in half, nothing written on them, with plain envelopes. They look very flimsy. Every time I received a wedding thank you it usually has a pretty paper frame or something?

Is this normal? Did anyone else think this who used them/ did you get something different?
