Vendors: AFTER the wedding

Has anyone else experienced this?

You chose a vendor for your wedding. All through the entire planning process they are accommodating, helpful , understanding-The wedding day comes and they are fantastic!
But now that the wedding is over anytime you contact them it is a totally different story. Its almost like now that the wedding is over and they've done their job they don't have to wow you anymore. Trouble is, they still do because you're waiting on the finished product

Mind you I haven't been rude, pushy....just Asking a couple of follow up questions. Please tell me that I am not alone.

YEPPPPPPP... not happy about 1 of my last vendors totally dancing around my concerns... grrrr... iim doing my best to just forget about it, but i know 1 part of my long overdue review isnt going to be so nice...

Yes...we had issues with our dj and after when we asked bout some stuff that happened we had no response from them

Um depends on what you want and what vendor. Please understand with videos that editing is a very time consuming process.

Oh yeah-I totally know that and Im completely ok with however long it takes. My questions/emails actually have nothing to do with time frames or wanting anything from anyone, which is why Im a bit 'confused'..............
