I have friggan swimmer's ear and it's hot as heck out.And I can't take any meds because all the safe ones allowed during pregnancy I'm allergic too.
I know I can stay above the water and wear ear plugs but all I need is some kid to splash me on accident and I don't entirely trust ear plugs.
That's my cry for the day.
