Wedding Video Vent

Was anyone not happy with their wedding video?? We just got ours after waiting almost a YEAR and it's awful!!! It likes basically the entire wedding taped and it looks completely amateur- like a friend could have done it. It looks unedited except for a few small parts, it looks like the guys hand was shaking and I'm like just about in tears. I am calling them tomorrow to complain but I just wanted to see what you girls thought. TIA.
