Westbury Manor Brides

We are having our reception in the Garden Room. We didn't want the CH to start at 8:30 so we were given the option of using the Executive room upstairs at 7:30 in the event it rained and we couldn't have the CH on the Lawn.

Here is my concern. we have 130 coming to the wedding. I can't see 100 or so people fitting in that room for the CH although WBM assures us it can be done.

Anyone have an experience with the Executive room with 100 or so people?

Which room is the Executive room? Is that the one thats more, directy above the GR? Or the one, when you come up the stairs that is around the corner? The one around the corner has a balcony (although, if it does rain, that wont matter). I think either room upstairs will be fine. Might be a bit crowded though. And I would keep in mind, there doesnt seem to be any elevators, we took family pictures in the 'room around the corner' (Hill room?), and my DH's grandma had some trouble getting up the stairs. Just a thought.
