What to make for dinner?

So DH and I are having a Ranger's playoff party tonight.... I'm cooking. I wanted to make apps and such but I've been trying hard to stay on WW so i dont want to slide off too much.

Any WW friendly apps (or easy to eat in front of the tv dinners) you can recommend?

You know the Knorr's vegetable soup mix? Mix that with greek yogurt and if you want a little extra flavor, put in a 1/4-1/2 cup low fat mayo. Serve with veggies. Yum!

Also, the McKormick spinach dip mix can be made low fat and it's still so good!

Easy Spinach & Artichoke Dip:
Mix 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, Seasoning Mix and 1/2 cup each mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese. Spoon into lightly greased pie plate. Bake in 350° F oven 20 minutes or until heated through.

Use low fat or no fat cream cheese (or that neufchatel stuff) and low fat mayo.

Mini sandwiches (sliders)? You can use coldcuts and put it on mini whole wheat rolls.

I'm making Hungry Girl Jambalaya tonight- I highly reccomend it on a night you dont have apps for dinner. 1.5 cups is only 6 points!!

Btw, a few weeks ago, my little sis begged me to make the spinach artichoke dip, but I had to make it with the Knorr's veg soup mix instead of the spinach dip mix and I didn't have any artichokes, so I used cannellini beans (great northern white beans), which I love. It came out really yummy!
