work potluck party suggestions

we are having a potluck party tomorrow at work and I need to to bring something....I need some suggestions on what to bring...something cheap/easy to make:

ppl are already brining:

desserts
mexican dip
salad
chicken with couscous
thai duck noodles with basil


any suggestions besides above that I could bring?

Crashing, I would bring a spinach dip. I use the Knorrs cream of spinach yellow small bag of mix, one package of frozen chopped spinach, 16oz of sour cream, 8oz mayo. Thaw the spinach, drain any excess water and mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight or put in the freezer for a couple hours so it really comes together. I usually use a loaf of italian bread for dipping but any cracker or chip would work too. It's always a HUGE hit for me and it's pretty cheap and fast/easy to make.

bagels, Italian Bread or rolls with butter

Baked ziti, pigs in blanket, or a pasta salad with italian dressing broccoli olives cherry tomatoes and mozz cheese

i'm usually the dessert-bringer out of all my friends, but i would probably bring another type of salad for some variety! two of my favorites that are a little different from the regular salad:

1. spring mix with chopped strawberries, chopped macademia nuts, blue cheese crumbles, tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette

2. spring mix with avocado, shoestring beets, pine nuts, diced onion, and a red wine vinaigrette

YUM!

pasta salad. super easy and cheap and it can be served cold!
