LOVE the dress and obsessed with the hair piece! My FAVORITE part of irish/GB weddings are the hats and hair pieces and I think this one is so elegant would be GORGEOUS used as you described! Love the overall look!!I also happen to LOOOOOVE the RED frilly dress but I kinda think the top scoop tank with hair piece is even BETTER!!! GORGEEEE
