11/05/05 wedding review at the carltun
thank you to liweddings, my favorite and most helpful wedding site. The night was beautiful, guests raved about it, but it went too quicky!For now a quick review:
The Carltun- A +++ expensive but worth it. they did a beautiful job . the guests raved about it, the service, the food, the room(s) etc. Top notch all around.
Dalsimer- Florist - A +++ Even more beautiful than expected centerpices and bouquets and relatively reasonable. They were recommended by The Carltun (and I also checked out Flowers by Brian and others), Dalsimer was much less. Gorgeous job.
Manhattan City orchestra- A+++ Great job. Victor Lesser is the bandleader, nice guy. People were dancing from start to finish.
Video- LookingGlassvideoMemories.com/Tomas Mulliga- Nice Guy and very reasonable, less than anyone else I interviewed. Demo tape was good, he was onobtrusive and professional and was there from prep to last dance. But final review to be determined...
Angelica Studios- To be determined after proofs are in...Mark Kauffman is a bit quirky, I got along with him ok and we negotiated with him and got a relatively reasonable deal but we will have to wait and see...
Kleinfelds Dress- A+++Great, great service and excellent alterations..perfect.
make up-Kathleen Brown - A+++ Very nice, reasonable and I loved the way I looked...
