9/20/08 garden city country club head rush salon rose connection red hook ramblers
My wedding turned out to be beautiful and lots of fun. i've barely had any time so this review is very late.All these vendors get A+ :
Red Hook Ramblers - New Orleans style jazz band (think louie armstrong) made the most amazing impression on all the guests. they did a phenomenal job at the ceremony and made the cocktail hour outside so beautiful and relaxing.
Cakes By Jay - many compliments on the great flavors and wonderful fondant decorating. he made me my favorite, red velvet with cream cheese filling
Two Plus Two - DJ Nikki G - great system and has top notch assistants. even had a surprise singer, montage, light show, etc... played a great mix of my playlist and his
Rose Connection - Janine did an amazing job on delivery, set up and turn over. She really made my vision come true for a good price
Ruth Fischl - some rentals from this awesome prop rental place made the atmosphere modern and edgy, luv everything there. just make sure to double and triple check your order just in case ;)
Head Rush Hair Salon - Christine did an amazing job on my hair. she is very talented and professional. Thank goodness she took over that day !
Garden City Hotel - beautiful set-up for us in the honeymoon suite. very accomodating to our guests. top notch brunch the next morning, like a las vegas lux hotel :O :)
Sansia - make-up MAC Nordstrom - loved her work, looked great and natural, lasted all through the day into night. Very responsible and incredibly helpful.
NYSEC - officiant servicse. A wonderful group of people that deserve recognition for doing so much good for the community of garden city and others. there's more in NYC and upstate. Dr. Dobrin gave a beautiful service that touched everyone.
Danny Weiss - photog - amazing quality photo journalism work. his pics are great and he has a great professional attitude and is always great to work with.
Garden City Country Club - made my dream come true. i wanted a place that felt like home and i def got that feeling. my family has history with this place so it was special to me. my sis also got married there about 10 yrs ago. they were great then and still are. many of the same ppl worked on both are weddings and it was a very personal service. the food was amazing and set up was wonderful. good times
Wedding paper divas - save the dates - beautlful job and great quality STDs.
Just Announce It - invites. so many ocmpliments on our invites. nicole & danni did a wonderful job, also great friends which made it special.
Paper Presentations - supplies for DIY menus - great selection, deserves a mention for having everything!
That's all I can think of :)

I love Sansia @MAC, she does my make up all the time for every event. she is amazing!! I am def goin to book her for my wedding..
