I never really posted all that much but I did turn to this site when searching for vendor reviews and it was always so helpful. I didn't find many on my hall so I hope that this helps someone and if anyone has any questions on any of my vendors, please feel free to FM me and I will be happy to help any way I can

I was pretty happy with everyone, nothing bad happened that I can think of.

Alba Pizzeria & Restaurant, Queens, NY - This is where we had our RD. It is located on Queens Blvd near the Courthouses and Molloy High School. We go there for so many parties and I am never disappointed. They have a cute back room and the food is spectacular.

[L=http://sugarmamatreats.com/] - I went to Michelle for the grooms cake for my RD. I wanted a Mr. Mets head but decided about a week before so I called her and she was able to fit me in. She was so sweet and once I placed the order I didn't speak to her again, there was no need to. The cake was at the restaurant set up waiting for us when we got there. It was so cute and delicious

Adrienne's, NYC - - I originally got a dress at Adrienne's and changed my mind a few weeks after I bought it. So I called them and they were so helpful and patient. I was able to get my money back and they made it a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

Kleinfeld's - - I went to Kleinfeld's before Adrienne's and found a dress but it was a little too pricey for me but a few weeks later I got an email that the designer of my dress (Jessica McCaffrey)was having a sale at Kleinfeld's so I went back and bought it. They were too, very patient and sweet, I had no problems with them with anything....the alterations went perfect too.

Bridal Reflections, Carle Place - - I got my Bridesmaid Dresses here (James Clifford) but it was always chaotic there and we always had appointments. The girls were always overwhelmed, even when I called. Only a few of my girls got their alterations done there (most are out of town) and my sister's dress was still big on the day of. I also got my Junior Bridesmaid dress there and I had to call them to see if it was in, they never called.

http://www.mygirldress.com/ - I ordered my flower girl dress here since my flower girl doesn't live to close by and it was a lot cheaper than I had seen. It came with the wrong color sash but we were able to return it for the proper color in about a week. I thought it was great!!

DIY Projects - I didn't want to do too many but I loved the votive place cards and the petal cones. My DH was not happy, he thought it was a waste of time until I showed him a sample of the final product and then he LOVED it. As a matter of fact, he did all the printing and cutting work and then helped me put them altogether. We then wanted to do a donation favor in his mom's name so instead of doing it $XX per person ( I don't remember what it was exactly) we decided to donate a certain amount and do the scrolls ourselves. I got all the material between AC Moore's and Michael's.

Totally You in Merrick - This is where my mom got her dress. Actually she had one in mind but they didn't have it so she tried on a couple but wanted the original one she fell in love with at another store so they ordered it for her. They were sooo helpful and patient, it was really great! She got her alterations done through a personal friend so I am not sure how they work on that aspect but my mom would totally go there again.

Marina del Rey - Bronx, NY - We wanted something on the water and we both had been there before the renovations, so I suggested it and we fell in love. Our BM was Joe Sovino and he did and got me anything I asked for. He didn't forget one thing the day of, it was exactly what we wanted and expected. Actually, the day we paid he said oh there are a few additions to your cocktail hour but don't worry nothing is getting taken away. He was very thorough, which I love. We had the Bellagio Room which overlooks the water and then we had the VH outside and everyone raved about the place, food, service and room. I would totally recommend going there, it was such a pleasure working with them I hope we get to go there again.

Flower Michele - John was so easy to work with from the beginning. I knew what I wanted for the most part but he definitely helped me along the way. Every time we went there he reviewed everything with me and made me feel comfortable and when the day came not one thing went wrong.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Entertainment (SGE)- We have been to many weddings where they have been the DJ and have never disappointed, so it was the easiest decision we ever made. They play everything and anything. We sat with them the week before and went over names and versions of songs we wanted, what we didn't want...it was great. We had Jack LaSalla MC (but Vinny is another option and you cannot go wrong with either) and Anthony Bivona as the DJ/drum player. Our dance floor was packed

Spotlite Video - - Vinny did a great job, he was referred to us by a friend and happens to work next door to SGE. He actually did a little preview for us (highlight reel) of our day for us and our guests at the reception. It was great he showed us getting ready, saying our vows, taking pictures...it was awesome! He was there from the beginning of the day to the very end too. Can't wait to see it!

Tony Ferrari Photographers - Howard Beach, Queens - - He was great, very energetic and funny, he had us laughing all day. I haven't gotten my proofs back yet but I will let you know when I do (I actually have to call him, lol). He takes very traditional pictures so we also had him hire us a photojournalist. I am very excited to see both their work

Royalty Limos - I had a great experience with them! They were early, courteous and helpful and the cars were clean and completely stocked. While we were on the receiving line at Church they came over and gave us and our parents water without anyone asking them but we all needed it, LOL. They were great, I would totally use them again!!!!!!

Getting married at the MDR too...FH used to work there so I know they will do more then we asked for...I love that place it is amazing!!! Im in the other room in the back...I wanted the water room but we need to garauntee a certain amount but we were never going to reach that lol...anyways...congrats on your wedding!!!
