Rose/ Doris are hands down the BEST vendors I have ever met. NO, they are not vendors! They are more like my families and friends!!!! I love them and that’s no small statement, given that I am super particular about design elements of the whole wedding! Rose is super talented and creative and she was able to transform my ideas into actual floral arrangements! Doris is super nice and patient. They know how much I wanted to get married under Cherry Blossom. A week before the wedding, they checked the weather forecast and realized that it might rain on my wedding day. They are super nice and sweet to offer to make me a Cherry Blossom arch. They totally made me speechless in providing me with that kind offer. Their flowers were stunning! So many guests told me how special/ unique the floral arrangements are! They get booked very quickly! Check them out if you haven’t booked anyone yet.

Venue: Brooklyn Botanic Garden A+++++++++++++++++
Words cannot express how happy we are with the caterer. I always want to have an outdoor wedding which has to be nearby the city and be accessed by the public transportation – BBG fits all the criteria! Our wedding setting was heavenly – wedding at cherry blossom is a dream come true for us. All of our guests told us that the setting was romantic and this was the best wedding they have ever attended. Also, food was great, especially baby lamp chops and escargot roll. The staff from BBG provided great services especially the coordinator – Leigh – who took great care of us and guests. They solved some of the problems and I only learned about the issues after my friends told me. Also, they are very responsive to my requests, including making our signature drinks and food designs with certain colors to match with our wedding theme. Best of all, they took good care of me and my husband as we had such great time.

Our photographers are the husband and wife group who specialize in photojournalism style. They have an amazing talent and an impeccable eye for detail. Through their pictures, we can re-live those moments forever. They are able to document our wedding perfectly! You can see their pictures yourselves!

Videographers: Rambling Rose ramblingrosevideo.com A
Our videographers are very professional and very responsive to our requests. We will provide our thoughts upon receipt of the video. I am pretty sure they did a great job though.

Limo: Double Diamond www.limos4u.net A
The limo was clean and on time with reasonable price!

Dance Class: Wedding Day Studio A+
Our dance instructor, AnnMarie Nespoli, was awesome. She was very patient and a great teacher, especially considering that my husband and I didn’t have any prior experience dancing Mambo. One small blemish was that the courses were not as organized as we would have liked.

I was very particular about the wedding invitation design because I wanted my wedding to reflect our theme. After I told Margot my theme and types of flowers I love, she came up with a fantastic idea. When she showed me the proof of my invitation, I almost fell to the ground! They were stunning! After it, I added a silk orchid to each card for a personal touch! A lot of guests like our cards!

Officiant: Raymond Rodriguez C
During the planning stage, our officiant is very professional as he’s very responsive to our emails. However, his script is not very personalized. At the end, we wrote the script ourselves and he just read from it during the ceremony. Also, we are a bit disappointed that he was a bit late such that we had our rehearsal without his presence.

Harpist: Conservatory Alumni B
Emily is the administer for all the music school students. We worked with her to finalize the playlist but she was less than our responsive to the questions we have – we may need to follow-up with her regarding the emails. However, she did pick a great harpist for us- Michelle did a great job during the ceremony and cocktail hour. The music from harp made the whole ceremony more romantic and it worths every penny!

DJ: Manhattan City Music B
Our DJ did a great job for us during the reception. He definitely has a talent for telling the mood of the crowd and displayed his unique talents with vocals and solo saxophone performance. The great part was that our usually sedative friends were all on the dance floor to show off their moves …

Dress: Kleinfeld http://www.kleinfeldbridal.com/ A
I always wanted an unusual wedding dress which reflected our wedding theme, “infinite flow of love”. Kleinfeld offers the largest selections compared to any other stores. The negative side is that their prices may be slightly more expensive, and especially the alternative fee is pretty high ($575 flat fee). Maria M. altered my dress and she was very sweet. In fact, she did a great job! I would highly recommend her.

Veil & Hair Accessories: Bridal Veil Falls http://www.bridalveilfallsnyc.com/ A+++
Marget is the owner of the store and she’s the nicest person. She is super patient to my request and always made great suggestions. She treats her customers like friends. After I bought the wedding dress, I would like to customize made my hair accessory to match the dress. At the beginning, I had several designs in my mind and could not make up my mind. Marget was more than happy to make ALL of the designs and let me to choose one that I like. Could you believe that she only charged me price of one hair accessory? Also, she was very detailed oriented and she was able to find a similar fabrics to match my dress. The best of all, her price is very reasonable – at least ½ price in Kleinfeld!!!

Tuxedo: Oscar Tailor A+
Oscar is high end tailor in Hong Kong. They did very good job! In fact, CEOs from designer stores such as Hermes and Gucci used them as well. Their price is relatively reasonable and super efficient as they were able to make the tuxedo within 1 week.

Groom’s Cuff Links: Tiffany A+
My husband works on Wall Street and I would like something that is related to his profession. As such, Tiffany Bear & Bull Cuff Links are pretty good choices. A lot of people complimented on them.

Wedding Band: Niwaka http://www.niwaka.com/ A
Niwaka is a Japanese Jewelry store on 5th Ave. Their designs are very delicate and different from plain vanilla styles. All their products will be shipped from Japan after you order. They also provided great services -provided my husband with resizing of wedding band without questions after he realized that his finger has shrunk. Also, salespeople very courteous. Only problem is that they are slightly more expensive.

Makeup: Reiko Utsugi A+++
Reiko is very patient and professional. She did hair for all the bridesmaids and makeup for my mother and me. She was able to finish the work on time. My makeup was very natural and several guests told me that they love the makeup! Her prices are very reasonable!

Hair: Stacy Pitt A++++
Stacy was very talented and patient! As I went to trial, I was not too sure what exactly I like. She was able to try different styles within several seconds to find out what I like. Although my hair style was slightly different from the trial as it was longer, overall the hair looked great and lasted for the whole night! Her prices was great!

BEAUTIFUL!! Your photos came out great, your flowers are beautiful, your dress is awesome! The venue looks beautiful!!!! I had always wanted to look there for my wedding, but ended up never going- but Ive seen it in magazines and it looks incredible! Congrats on a stunning wedding!!

What a beautiful wedding you had!! Everything looks soo pretty. great cake and I loove your bok. I'm so glad you were happy with Designs by Rose, they did such a great job. I'm using them for my wedding also!
